If one would want to be a real estate broker, then he is going to need a lot more than a practitioner license in order to get some really big commissions. It is actually advised that he would undergo some real estate coaching programs if he would want to do well in this field. As long as he is equipped with the right knowledge and the right skills, he can definitely move forward and succeed.
